Wrap Skirts

TUTUTUTU deliver Monday - Saturday in line with Royal Mail within the UK, other regions may vary.  TUTUTUTU are not responsible in the event of  union strikes occurring in individual countries.

 

Delivery times given here on this website are only indicative, actual delivery times may vary depending on destination.

 

TUTUTUTU aim to send out orders within 5 working days. Special orders may take longer depending on specification. All wrap skirt orders are limited edition and subject to availability. We try to refresh supplies as often as possible but somtimes inevitably there are delays so we would ask that you please bear with us - we will always inform you if there is a problem with your order.

 

Postage will be quoted on purchase of order.  TUTUTUTU  don't seek to profit from postage costs but please note the cost of postage also covers the expense of packaging and administration. Individual orders will not be tracked unless a specific request is made at the time of ordering.

 

All orders above £50 will be shipped free of charge, second class within the UK only.

 

We are not liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising from delivery.

 

The customer is responsible for any customs/tax fees associated with International shipments (outside of the UK).

 

Tutus

TUTUTUTU will discuss the best solution for the delivery of your tutu order. Some will be hand delivered, some sent by post or courier if needed. Deliveries will be subject to charge according to which ever method is most appropriate to each individual order.

 

PRIVACY POLICY INCLUDING GDPR

 TUTUTUTU is committed to being transparent about how we handle your personal information, to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information, and to meeting our data protection obligations under the GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Your data will be stored securely, and will only be used for the stated purposes. We will never share your data with any other organization or third party without your prior permission.

 

In order to comply with the new General Data Protection Regulation Act which comes into force across Europe from 25th May 2018, TUTUTUTU requires all clients and contractors to complete and sign a mandatory declaration. This extends your rights over your personal data held by any organization with which you have chosen to share it and also how it is used.

For bespoke tutu work a form will be presented to any client engaging TUTUTUTU in a contract to carry out work for them, to secure signed consent for us to hold any necessary personal data ie name, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses for the purposes of efficient communication, safe working practices, supplier deliveries and accounting. We also ask clients to declare whether they would be happy to appear in photographs as part of any marketing activity for the promotion of our products or services on our website and social media sites of our choosing. We will never reveal your name, address or specific location via any post or image without prior consent.

For items purchased from our online shop, the information gathered (names, addresses and email addresses) will be safely stored and used for the sole purpose of communicating with the customer about their order, and ensuring that it is delivered to them or to another person named by them.

A form will be presented to any contractor working for TUTUTUTU to secure signed consent to hold personal data for the purposes of communication, safe working practices and accounting/remuneration; and for consent to be photographed for the purposes of any marketing activity for the promotion of our products and services on our website and social media sites of our choosing.

 

We fully respect any contractors or client's wishes should they choose not to be included in our marketing images and will be totally compliant with their choice.

 

TUTUTUTU does not use personal information for marketing its services, either through email or direct mailing.

 

PHOTO USE

TUTUTUTU would ask please that you don't use any of our images without first obtaining written agreement.

 

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

 

TUTUTUTU are proud of our products and strive to achieve a high quality service. Our wrap skirts and tutus are made by hand so some variations may apply. Please note that fabric colours may vary slightly to your current screen resolutions. Each product is checked for quality before dispatch but if you do find a fault please send us an email containing a description and a photo of the fault. Any faults must be reported to TUTUTUTU within 7 days of receiving your order from us.

We cannot exchange or refund products for any other reason, all sales are final.

TUTUTUTU won't be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit (post). Please note that TUTUTUTU often take photographs of our products prior to dispatch and will not be held responsible for any damage caused by any third party thereafter.

Only faulty items purchased directly from our TUTUTUTU website may be returned.

Wrap Skirts

If we agree with the fault we will send out a new skirt (subject to stock availability within 10 working days) along with a stamped addressed envelope so you can post back the faulty skirt. Please don't not send back the skirt until you have emailed us as we will not be responsible for any postage incurred by yourself. If we haven't got the same fabric in stock necessary to send a replacement skirt we'll offer you a refund or you may chose an alternative skirt at the same price as the original skirt.  We won't charge you for postage for your replacement skirt.

Tutus

If we agree with the fault we will discuss the best way to rectify it. Made to measure styles: we understand that dancer's sizes fluctuate but significant alterations in sizing during the course of a build must be discussed to avoid a poor fit.

 

 

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Wrap Skirts

Wrap skirts will only be dispatched on receipt of full payment by cleared funds into our account. We cannot accept any refunds or exchanges, all sales are final.

Tutus

We usually ask for an initial deposit of 40% to cover materials and the initial stages of the tutu construction. Once completed to customer satisfaction TUTUTUTU will issue a final settlement invoice, and the tutu will be delivered by pre-agreed means once full funds have been received into our account. We cannot accept any refunds or exchanges, all sales are final.
